Our enrollment process is designed to be thoughtful, supportive, and individualized — allowing us to learn about your child and ensure that Willow Tree School is the right fit for your family.

Step 1: Submit an Enrollment Inquiry

Begin by completing our Enrollment Inquiry Form. This gives us an opportunity to learn about your desired enrollment timeframe, preferred schedule, and important details about your child so we can begin exploring potential placement options.

Step 2: Schedule a Tour

After receiving your inquiry, we will reach out to schedule a tour so you and your child can experience our environment firsthand. 

Step 3: Placement & Next Steps

During and following your visit, we will discuss availability, placement options, and the next steps in the enrollment process. If a space becomes available that aligns with your needs, we will guide you through enrollment or place you on our waiting list.
